Do I need a PayPal account to check out?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. All payments to Kettle and Toaster Man are processed through PayPal but if you do not have an account with PayPal upon checkout you can just enter credit card details. Please note this can show as a payment to PayPal on your bank account.

Who will deliver my order?

We use DPD and Royal Mail delivery services. Your order confirmation email will let you know who will be delivering to you.

DPD - You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email, or by logging into the DPD website. You’ll need your parcel number and deliver address to hand. DPD will confirm your delivery date by text or email once your order is dispatched. You'll also receive another notification on the delivery day, confirming your one-hour time slot. Track your Klenz delivery

Royal Mail - We don’t use a Royal Mail tracked service, so it’s not possible to track your order once it’s left our warehouse.
